Mother's Sanctuary

This pastel painting captures a serene moment in the wild — a mother cheetah resting peacefully as she gazes into the distance, her form embodying both strength and tenderness. Lying protectively beside her four cubs, she remains calm and watchful, undisturbed even by a small fly hovering above her head, a quiet nod to the rawness of nature. Warm golden tones evoke the African savanna, sunlight catching the softness of her fur. Nestled close against her, each cub reveals its own personality, their curious eyes drawing the viewer into this intimate scene. Mother's Sanctuary reflects the delicate balance of vulnerability and strength, celebrating the quiet, powerful bond between mother and young.
