Artwork and website content

Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, images, text and other creative content displayed on this website are owned by or used with permission of Samara Heart Art.

Artwork images may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written permission.

Purchasing an original artwork or limited-edition print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights in the artwork unless expressly agreed in writing.

Original artworks

Original artworks displayed as available are subject to availability. An artwork may occasionally be sold or reserved before the website has been updated.

Artwork colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting and the screen or device being used.

Where interior visualisations are shown, they are intended to provide an indication of an artwork’s scale and presence in an interior setting. They are illustrative only. Please refer to the stated artwork and framed dimensions for specifications.

Limited-edition prints

Limited-edition prints are produced in the edition size stated on the relevant artwork page. Where applicable, prints are individually signed and numbered and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Print sizes, availability, production times and pricing may vary between artworks and will be confirmed before an order is finalised.

Commissions

Commission enquiries are welcomed; however, submitting an enquiry does not create a binding agreement.

The scope, reference material, dimensions, price, payment arrangements, estimated completion time, delivery and other relevant details will be agreed before work begins.

Because commissioned artwork is individually created, natural variations inherent in an original hand-created artwork should be expected.

Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated and may be changed from time to time.

Additional costs, including delivery or international shipping, will be confirmed where applicable before a purchase is finalised.

Shipping and delivery

Samara Heart Art can arrange delivery within Australia and, for suitable artworks and prints, international shipping.

Shipping availability and costs depend on the artwork’s size, framing, destination and packaging requirements. Large framed original artworks may have restrictions on international delivery.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

If there is a problem with an artwork, print or service you have purchased, please contact Samara Heart Art so the matter can be addressed.
